Adult Self-Defense Class at Cho’s TaeKwonDo Academy

-Learn Principles of Krav Maga – Fundamentals of Defense.

-Advanced Self Defense – Defense against Knives and Guns.

-Learn Combatives – Ballistic attacks to neutralize threats.  Long range, mid-range, close range combatives.

-Learn Basic Ground Work – Grappling, arm and leg bars.
